The role
You’ll work with a broad client base, from fast-growing SMEs to established national and international brands, advising on a wide range of commercial matters. The work spans general commercial contracts, technology, IP and data/privacy, providing real variety and scope to broaden your expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements (supply, purchase and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts, and technology agreements)

  • Advising clients on day-to-day commercial issues as well as strategic projects

  • Taking increasing ownership of matters and building your own client relationships

  • Supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers within the team

About you

  • 3–5 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial contracts

  • Strong drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice

  • Exposure to technology-related work

  • A collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring and team development

  • Commercially minded, with an enthusiasm for client relationship building
