The role
You’ll work with a broad client base, from fast-growing SMEs to established national and international brands, advising on a wide range of commercial matters. The work spans general commercial contracts, technology, IP and data/privacy, providing excellent exposure and development early in your career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting on the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a range of commercial agreements (including supply, purchase and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, media and marketing contracts, and technology agreements)

  • Assisting with client advice on day-to-day commercial issues and wider projects

  • Gradually taking on more responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops

  • Working closely with senior lawyers and contributing to a collaborative team environment

About you

  • 1 years’ PQE within commercial law

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to develop drafting skills

  • An interest in technology, IP or data/privacy work

  • A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from more senior colleagues

  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to client service
