Job description
We’re working with a highly regarded UK law firm that is expanding its real estate finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate who’s looking to build their career within a supportive, ambitious environment.
This is a full time role, based in Worcester or Birmingham, with a salary range starting from £56k (DOE).
About the role
Our client’s real estate finance practice advises both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of matters, from funding new developments and acquisitions through to refinancing existing portfolios.
The client base is diverse, including high-street banks, alternative lenders, challenger banks, private investors, and developers. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions, while being encouraged to develop your own client relationships and commercial profile.
What you’ll be doing:
Advising on a full range of real estate finance matters
Developing specialist expertise with the support of a well-established team
Building lasting relationships with clients across the finance and property sectors
Playing an active role in business development and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for:
2–4 years’ PQE, ideally with some experience in real estate finance (either as a focus or as part of a broader real estate role)
Strong drafting and technical skills
A collaborative approach with excellent client-facing ability
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive
