Job description
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their nationally recognised and continually expanding Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 5 years’ experience who has a strong grounding in private client work and is looking to develop their career within a well-established and highly respected practice.
Based in Worcester, you’ll be joining a refreshed and ambitious team with clear pathways for progression and the chance to become a future leader within the practice.
The Role
Working as part of a specialist, high-performing Private Client department, you will:
Advise clients on a broad spectrum of private client matters
Prepare and advise on Wills, trusts, estate administration, probate and Court of Protection matters
Work with high-net-worth individuals, private family and charitable trusts, and clients with domestic and international estate planning needs
Keep up to date with technical developments in the private client sector
Collaborate with colleagues across the team to share knowledge and best practice
Contribute to business development and identify opportunities to build the client base
About You
The firm is looking for someone who brings:
2–6 years’ PQE
in Private Client work
Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
A collaborative, team-focused approach
Strong client relationship skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice
High levels of organisation, attention to detail and ambition
Proficiency with IT systems
