Job description

​A leading regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their nationally recognised and continually expanding Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 5 years’ experience who has a strong grounding in private client work and is looking to develop their career within a well-established and highly respected practice.

Based in Worcester, you’ll be joining a refreshed and ambitious team with clear pathways for progression and the chance to become a future leader within the practice.

The Role

Working as part of a specialist, high-performing Private Client department, you will:

  • Advise clients on a broad spectrum of private client matters

  • Prepare and advise on Wills, trusts, estate administration, probate and Court of Protection matters

  • Work with high-net-worth individuals, private family and charitable trusts, and clients with domestic and international estate planning needs

  • Keep up to date with technical developments in the private client sector

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team to share knowledge and best practice

  • Contribute to business development and identify opportunities to build the client base

About You

The firm is looking for someone who brings:

  • 2–6 years’ PQE

    in Private Client work

  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach

  • Strong client relationship skills

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic advice

  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail and ambition

  • Proficiency with IT systems
